- Setup foundation of the Group in 1983 with a Semi Automatic corrugated carton manufacturing unit at Ujjain (M.P.)
- Stepped onto primary plastics packaging in 1997 with Injection Molding and Blow Molding setup at Ujjain catering to FMCG sector
- Built a small clean room atmosphere unit for pharmaceutical primary packaging in 2000
- Took over a recycle paper mill at Dewas in 2000 as a part of backward integration for corrugated board boxes
- Took over a PET bottles & jar manufacturing facility in 2000 for expanding product range of primary packaging material
- Filed first Drug Master File (DMF) for HDPE containers with USFDA in 2005 at a new set up specially designed for pharmaceutical primary packaging
- Setup a 5 ply automatic board line in 2005
- Adopted advanced technology for bottle blowing as Injection Blow Molding (IBM) over Extrusion Blow Molding in 2006
- Filed another DMF with USFDA for closures in 2007
- Adopted high end inspection system and automation devices for liner punching and insertion in 2007
- Developed a new design for CR Caps and applied for patent with USPTO and Indian Patent Office in 2009
- Received State Awards for two of group units for their excellence
- Received National Award for Innovation and R&D from Ministry of Medium, Small and Micro enterprises in 2010
- Setup a high speed 3 ply automatic Chinese board cone coupled with high speed printer/slotter/case maker in 2010
- Ventured in flexible primary packaging material known as polybags/liner bags in 2011
- Filed third DMF for Multilayer bottles in 2011
- Filed fourth DMF for polybags in 2011
- We have been awarded a US patent for CR closures which makes our company 1st & only Indian Company to have US Patent in this category in 2012.
- Our new manufacturing plant is recently set up green field project at Pharma SEZ Pithampur near Indore to have vast geographical reach.
- Our total capacities stand at 1 million bottles per day and 1 million caps per day.
